By installing or using LuvOnes, you agree to these terms. Plain language version below — the headings are the contract.
The service
LuvOnes is an iOS and Android app that captures gift ideas tied to people and sends reminders before each birthday or anniversary. It is operated by Omarzae Software ENK (Norway, org.nr 937 525 192).
Your account
Sign in with Apple or Google. You're responsible for the security of that account. You may not share an account with another person.
Subscriptions
Premium is sold via the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in-app. You may cancel any time in your platform's subscription settings. Refunds are governed by the App Store or Google Play refund policy — we cannot issue refunds directly. Family Sharing for the iOS Premium subscription is enabled per Apple's standard rules.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to store or transmit illegal content, attempt to attack our infrastructure, or resell access. Standard stuff.
Privacy
See our privacy policy for what we collect and what we never collect.
No warranty
LuvOnes is provided "as is." Reminders are best-effort over Apple Push Notification service / Firebase Cloud Messaging — we cannot guarantee delivery in every network condition.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to LuvOnes is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
